Northern Rock will introduce a new loan rate of 5.6% typical APR available on loans from £5,000 to £15,000 for all applications received via the internet. Rates from 6.9% will apply to loan amounts £1,000 to £4,999 whilst loans over £15,000 will attract rates from 5.6%. These new low rates will be launched with effect of 7 th October 2004.

This new loan rate ensures Northern Rock continues to offer low loan rates, which meet almost everyone's needs with loans available from £1,000 to £25,000 & with loan terms available from 1 to 10 years for all loans amounts. The rate offered will be dependent upon customer's credit rating.
